How It Works

1. Choose your colour palette, arrangements, and budget

Take a look at the Flower Menu and select the arrangements & colour palette you'll need for your day.

2. Complete Your Order Form

Answer some questions so I can have all the information I need to create your invoice.

3. Confirmation

I will be in touch within 2-5 business days to confirm my availability. An invoice will be sent to confirm your order. A confirmation of your booking will be sent within 1-3 business days of receiving payment. I will let you know when you can expect to hear from me closer to your booking date. All details and collection/delivery times will be confirmed 3 weeks out from your booking date.

4. Receive Your Gorgeous Flowers

Your flowers will be prepared for collection from my home or delivery can be arranged. Please note delivery, set up and styling of arrangements is not included but can be arranged for an additional fee depending on quantity of order.

The most vibrant sunset. Different tones of orange mixed with the playful yellow and gentle lavender and a solid blue to create harmony

Classic Bouquet

A medium-large sized bouquet of seasonal flowers and textures arranged in an organic, handpicked or structrual/modern style. Finished with ribbon

Petite Bouquet

Statement Florals

A larger statement piece, ideal for ceremony, entry, alter or bar. This can be in a vessel like shown above or on a tray which is covered by florals. Maximum 4.

With this service, personalized colour palettes are not available.

Images shown are to give an example of aesthetic, size and style and do not reflect exact colours or flower varieties. Your order will be arranged with the best, seasonal products available in colours as close to your chosen palette as possible.

This service can be booked up to 2 weeks prior to the event date, however, the full balance is due once the service is booked and your order will be arranged with the best seasonal product available at the time in the colours chosen.

If you choose delivery there is a fee depending on location.

A 20% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your order with the remaining balance due 3 weeks prior to your order date collection. Payment is available via venmo, credit card, or PayPal.

Your invoice deposit is due within 7 days of it being sent and your order is not confirmed until payment is received.

If you would like to make arrangements available as a take home item for yourself and guests please make a request. The request must be approved by me to do so. Otherwise all of my inventory will be collected (or returned by client) within 4 days following the event. If using my inventory I will collect credit card information and there will not be any charges unless items are not returned by client (or picked up by me). You have 4 days to return the inventory but if that does not happen I will charge the card on file for the retail price for all missing items. All items must be returned in the same condition as received.

By making your deposit, you agree to these terms and conditions and understand this service offers arrangements in Kiwi Florals ‘wild flower with a modern twist’ style using seasonal product chosen by Kiwi Florals, and customizations are not available with this service. We will match your chosen palette as closely as possible with what is available, however, due to nature, and unforeseen circumstances in supply, variation to colours may be necessary.

If you would like for me to strike the event, there is a 10% fee to book that service.

You may cancel your order up to 30 days from your event date for a full refund, minus the non-refundable deposit. Any cancellations made less than 30 days from the event date will not receive a refund due to product already being ordered and the limit number of A La Carte Flower Services we accept.

Changes to your event date can be made up to 1 month prior. Please keep in mind this is dependant on our availability and a change fee of 20% of your original total applies. The new event date must be within a 4 month period.

Wedding Details
